How adopting a strategic approach to their web strategy had a massive impact on their business.

Before.

Prior to getting involved with cat3 the Bond Holiday group had given little serious thought to their web strategy. They had developed their own in house website which was difficult to update and poorly optimised. They had just acquired a new hotel to add to the growing group and inherited another poor website with typical issues including, domain names not under their control, websites with copyright issues, e-mail not working due to domains expiring and most of all the site wasn’t bringing in any business.

After.

The management team and owner listened to our ideas and quickly realised the potential the web had for this business.  Our team developed and implemented a website strategy that would satisfy the requirements of the whole group (five businesses) and was much more cost effective than building five new website which we had been asked to do at our first meeting.

Within four weeks a new group website went live and now the management team and marketing department have complete control over their web presence. They are trained to use the content management system and now update the site daily. All domain names have been properly configured and re-directed accordingly.  Management have been trained to use the analytics software and now know how their website is performing. Happily we can report that the site’s optimised pages have gained top positions across all major search engines and visitor numbers are into the thousands. Testament to the quality of the site and content is the average time spent on the site which is over five minutes.
